Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Chocolate Whey Protein
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 8 oz water
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine banana, almond butter, protein powder, spices, ice, and water in blender
  2. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
