Love chocolate without the guilt!

Just when the chocolate Santas are good and gone,  the aisle of chocolate Cupids tend to appear. But never fear— there are ways to enjoy the decadence of chocolate without all the sugar.

Black Forest Cake Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 10 cherries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 8 oz water
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine cherries, yogurt, protein powder, ice, and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Chocolate Coconut Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 8 oz water
  • 3-4 Ice cubes (optional)

  2. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Chocolate Almond Treat

  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Chocolate Whey Protein
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 8 oz water

  1. Combine banana, almond butter, protein powder, spices, ice, and water in blender
  2. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 8 oz water
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

  1. Combine peanut butter, protein powder, ice, and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

And for an especially unique treat…

Chocolate Pudding
Recipe type: Dessert
Prep time:

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Chocolate Whey Protein
  • ¼ cup of water or milk
Instructions
  1. Mix thoroughly in a bowl, and let sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set. If necessary, adjust liquids according to your consistency preference.
Notes
Another option to help thicken the pudding is to add 1 tsp of chia seeds. They expand and become a great gelling agent.)
